We proudly completed a whole house re-model on this this 3800 Sq. ft. home in December of 2015. This beauty was awarded the Golden Nugget award winner as the “Remodel of the Year” for the prestigious Pacific Coast Builder’s Conference Golden Nugget awards 2015!

Rose City Bungalow Project Overview
This whole house remodel and addition was one of the most extreme we’ve done to date with some significant technical challenges. To correct some framing and foundation issues we had the entire house 7” up in the air above its foundation before leveling out and reinforcing the original foundation to level out the first floor. This design was inspired by spending a lot of time capturing our favorite details from homes along the Alameda ridge and in Irvington. We love every detail of this home from the large social front porch to the 2nd floor private deck off of the master suite. To have this house receive the Golden Nugget Award of Merit for best remodel or renovation, was truly an honor. The award is in recognition of superior design and extraordinary execution.
